This Privacy Policy (along with the terms of use of the PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia website as stated in the \u201cTerms & Conditions\u201d and other information listed on the Site) sets out the basis for the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, display, disclosure, and\/or any form of management related to data or information that the User provides to PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia or that PT.     6. Filling in payment data when the User carries out payment transaction activities through the Site, including but not limited to bank account data, credit cards, virtual accounts, instant payments, internet banking, retail outlets; and\/or<\/li>
    7. Using features that require access permission to the User's device.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    8. Data recorded when the User uses the Site, including but not limited to:

            5. Assisting Users when communicating with PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia Customer Service, including:
              1. Check and resolve User issues;<\/li>
              2. Direct User inquiries to the appropriate Customer Service representative;<\/li>
              3. Monitor and improve PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia's Customer Service response.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
              4. Contacting Users via email, letter, telephone, fax, and\/or other means of communication, including but not limited to assisting and\/or completing transaction processes or resolving problems.<\/li>
              5. Using information obtained from Users for research, analysis, development and product testing purposes to improve the security of services on the Site, as well as develop new features and products.<\/li>
              6. Informing Users about products, services, promotions, studies, surveys, news, latest developments, events, and other information, both through the Site and other media. PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia may also use this information to promote and process contests and sweepstakes, award prizes, and provide relevant advertisements and content about PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia's services and those of its business partners.<\/li>
              7.                 4. Provision of relevant information to vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, or similar service providers who collaborate with PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia to support operational activities, analysis, and service development.<\/li>
                5. If a User contacts PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia through public media such as blogs, social media, or certain features on the Site, communications between the User and PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia may be publicly visible.<\/li>
                6. Sharing of User information with subsidiaries and\/or affiliates of PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia to assist in the provision of services or data processing for and on behalf of PT. Jakarta Lingko Indonesia.<\/li>

Jakarta Lingko Indonesia application is loaded. By using the application and granting the requested access, the user is deemed to have given their consent to this Privacy Policy.<\/li>
                    2. After a successful purchase or sale transaction through the marketplace, the Seller and Buyer have the opportunity to provide ratings and reviews for each other. This information may be displayed and viewed publicly with the User's consent.<\/li>
                    3. Users can access and update personal information, including but not limited to email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, address list, payment method, and bank account through the Settings feature available on the Site.<\/li>
