JakLingko wins two TOP GRC Awards 2022
Jakarta (ANTARA) – PT JakLingko Indonesia has successfully won two awards in the TOP GRC Awards 2022 for its success in implementing governance, risk, and compliance management in conducting business activities.
The GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) awards aim to assess the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance, which this time was participated in by hundreds of companies from SOEs, BUMDs, private sectors, to banking.
“This TOP GRC Awards recognition is dedicated to all JakLingko Indonesia staff, JakLingko Indonesia users, our shareholders, our stakeholders, and all parties who continue to support the smooth operation of JakLingko Indonesia's programs in providing services to the public,” said the President Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia, Muhamad Kamaluddin, in an official statement in Jakarta, Wednesday.
PT JakLingko Indonesia won awards in the category of TOP GRC Awards 2022 #4 Stars (Four Stars) and The Most Committed GRC Leader 2022, which was specifically given to the President Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia, Muhamad Kamaluddin.
During the judging process that lasted three months, JakLingko was assessed to have a complete and good GRC system and infrastructure and to have met the implementation of “Good Corporate Governance” (GCG), risk management, and compliance management, thereby making a positive contribution.
Kamaluddin explained that PT JakLingko Indonesia is the only joint venture subsidiary of Jakarta BUMDs that received a Top GRC in 2022.
Although relatively young, the company's commitment to implementing good and reliable governance has been carried out from the beginning, resulting in maximum performance during the pandemic.
JakLingko Indonesia's commitment was also demonstrated through its contribution to Indonesia's G20 Presidency by showcasing the Multimodal Transportation Payment Integration exhibition during the Indonesia Digital Economy Festival (FEKDI) held by Bank Indonesia in Bali, coinciding with the Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governor Meeting in Bali in July 2022.
Still as part of the G20 series, PT JakLingko Indonesia also recently supported the U20 Mayors Summit Meeting program in Jakarta at the end of August 2022.
PT JakLingko Indonesia itself is a joint venture of four central and regional synergy entities in the transportation sector, namely PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), PT Transportasi Jakarta (TransJakarta), and PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Jabodetabek (MITJ).
