Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a system and structure of company management that regulates the pattern of relationships between the company's business activities, accommodating the scope of relationships with shareholders, internal companies (Board of Commissioners, Directors and Employees), various external parties with an interest in the company such as customers, auditors, suppliers, creditors, business associations, work partners, government (regulators), and the wider community.

PT Jakarta Lingko Indonesia as a joint venture of several Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) is trusted to carry out the mandate to implement the Electronification of Jabodetabek Public Transportation Payment Integration (“EIPTJ”) in four modes of public transportation.
