The applicable fee when using more than one type of public transportation between MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, Transjakarta at a certain time (180 minutes if using a card) with a maximum fare of IDR 10,000

Jakarta (on public transportation service routes that apply integrated fares, namely MRTJ, LRTJ, Transjakarta BRT)

When boarding from more than one of the following public transportation: MRTJ, LRTJ, Transjakarta (BRT)

The maximum multimodal integrated fare ceiling is Rp 10,000. Passengers typically receive lower fares, or fares below Rp 10,000.

Users simply need to download the app and ensure the registration process is complete. Passengers can also use electronic money cards.

Rp2,500 is the initial fee charged when tapping in (for cards). When using the Jaklingko app, the fare is automatically calculated based on the selected multimodal route. For example, in other applications, an initial fee of Rp9,000 is charged when boarding and opening the taxi door.

The integrated fare applies if you use more than one mode of public transportation (MRTJ, LRTJ, Transjakarta). If you only use one of these modes, the fare remains the same as the normal fare for each mode.

The ticket validity period each day is until 02:59:59 the following day

First, make sure the destination route you have booked is correct when scanning and make sure the lights on the gate are on (especially on Transjakarta).

Currently you can only order 1 ticket for one person, but you can order multiple tickets.

Currently, changing destinations in the JakLingko App cannot be done if the user has already purchased a travel ticket.

Tickets that have been purchased cannot be cancelled.

Transportation Card is a term where the electronic money card system is currently standardized with the JakLingko system, one of which is getting benefits such as multimodal travel and integrated fares.

Users will be automatically activated when they tap in on the JakLingko payment device at the Jakarta MRT gate, or can activate it on the Balance Check Terminal (BCT) device currently available at MRT and LRT stations, and TransJakarta.

Electronic Money Cards (KUE) issued by Bank BCA (Flazz), Bank Mandiri (e-Money), Bank BRI (Brizzi), Bank BNI (Tapcash), and Bank DKI Jakarta (JakCard)

Old Edition Cards (such as Flazz Gen 1, Mifare Cards, and others), Free Service Cards, OKOTRIP Cards, Debit Cards (ATM), MTT Cards

Passengers are required to activate their e-money card at the Balance Check Terminal (BCT). Then, pair it with the JakLingko app. Don't forget to tap in and out on each trip.

No, only Electronic Money Cards (KUE) can do that.

No need, just activate the Electronic Money Card (KUE) on the Balance Check Terminal (BCT) tool available
nearest station or bus stop.

Activating an Electronic Money Card (KUE) does not require any fees, it is free.

Passengers can enjoy integrated fares with a maximum travel time limit of 3 hours in one journey starting from the first tap in.

If the card is problematic and the officer resets it, the system will not recognize it as an integrated tariff. Customers can follow the rules or SOPs applicable to each operator, depending on the card's condition.

Each JakLingko account can only register 1 Electronic Money Card (KUE) account.

Terhadap kasus tersebut, berarti penumpang berhak mendapatkan tarif integrasi, dan pengembalian atas tarif kelebihan bayar pada MRTJ akan dilakukan lewat mekanisme cashback pada Aplikasi.

Cashback will be automatically received on the passenger card if the single mode fare paid is usually greater than the integrated fare to be used in subsequent transactions in one trip.

Yes, passengers can use the cashback balance as long as it is still available and no transfer or withdrawal of the cashback balance has been made.

Yes, currently, customers can transfer balances to the digital wallet available in the JakLingko application, namely FELLO.

Yes, customers can withdraw funds if they have successfully transferred their cashback to the FELLO digital wallet and if the fund transfer process is successful, customers can transfer funds to their personal account/ATM.

Currently, the entire cashback disbursement process can only be done through the FELLO digital wallet intermediary.

Yes, for withdrawals or transfers of cashback balances, the administration fee will be entirely the responsibility of each customer.

Passengers can click the history/receipt icon in the top right corner, then click cashout, click agree and continue, and enter their PIN. If successful, a notification page will appear indicating the balance has been transferred. Meanwhile, the cashback balance will automatically be deducted from the history page.

The process of transferring/withdrawing cashback funds requires processing time in accordance with the policies of the relevant Financial Institution/Bank.

In this case, it can indicate that there was a previous trip made by the customer with a total nominal integrated fare that was greater than the applicable single mode fare.

Khusus Transjakarta

Does the Integration Tariff affect Special Groups?

Passengers registered in the special Transjakarta group can still receive free facilities as currently in effect, as long as the applicable regulations have not been changed.

The special fare applied during certain hours (5:00 AM to 7:00 AM WIB) is not affected by the integrated fare and the JakLingko app. This means passengers will still pay Rp 2,000 using their card in accordance with applicable regulations, which are not applicable to the JakLingko app.

The application of a special tariff for Mikrotrans transportation, namely IDR 0, is not affected by the integration tariff, and applies according to current regulations.
