What is Account Based Ticketing (ABT)?
Account Based Ticketing (ABT) is an account-based ticket obtained when a user upgrades their account through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in the JakLingko Application.
ABT can use EasyGo QR Ticket.
How can I use EasyGo QR Ticket for Free Service?
Users must first upgrade their profile account in the JakLingko application, after which users can successfully activate the EasyGo QR ticket.
What are the benefits or advantages of using EasyGo QR Ticket (ABT)?
EasyGo QR Tickets offer users the flexibility to use travel tickets without having to specify a starting and ending destination when booking (journey planning). Through the Account-Based Ticketing system, various user profiles with specific fare schemes can be automatically adjusted through data updates and verification.
Currently, 15 special categories have been designated and can enjoy a free fare of Rp 0 (free) on Transjakarta. This benefit also extends to the Jakarta MRT and Jakarta LRT, which can be accessed through the JakLingko app.
What is the difference between the Journey Planner Ticket feature and EasyGo QR Ticket?
Flexibility of changes in entry and exit at stations/stops, payment methods, modes of transport you wish to take.
How do I know if my account has been successfully upgraded and whether 15 special groups will receive free services?
Click the JakLingko Profile Menu.
Check JakLingko profile status – Regular, users can use QR ABT at normal rates.
And if the JakLingko Profile changes to one of the 15 groups, for example, ELDERLY users can use QR ABT at a special rate (Rp 0)
How long does the account upgrade process take?
Maximum 1 x 24 hours
I haven't upgraded my profile or forgot to upgrade it when the notification pop-up appears. Can I still upgrade my profile?
If a user forgets or fails to upgrade their profile when the notification pop-up appears, the pop-up will reappear, prompting them to upgrade again. Alternatively, they can upgrade manually by clicking the Jaklingko profile menu in the upper left corner.
How do I know whether my profile upgrade was successful or failed?
Why was my profile account upgrade rejected?
Ensure that the name you enter matches your ID card (spelling and punctuation), and that other data is submitted correctly according to instructions, such as taking a photo that matches the ID card and is in good lighting. This can also be due to discrepancies between the ID card and the data held by the Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil).
Do integration rates still apply?
In addition to the beneficiaries of special rates, the integration rate still applies to the use of ABT QR Tickets.
Can EasyGo QR Ticket be used for integration with first mile-last mile online motorcycle taxis like Grab?
No, you can't. To book tickets for public transportation integration with Grab, you must book with Journey Planner.
What modes can ABT QR be used in?
Jakarta MRT, Jakarta LRT, and Transjakarta (BRT).
If I upgrade my profile and activate the EasyGo QR Ticket feature, can I still book tickets through the Journey Planner feature?
Users can choose to travel with the Journey Planner and EasyGo QR Ticket features, both features remain available.
What if you can't Scan In/Scan Out because the application/gate/signal is having problems?
Contact the officer at the entrance/exit and the officer will help you find the manual scan menu by clicking the three dots at the top right of the active EasyGo QR ticket.
What if your cell phone dies completely during the trip?
Users can ask an attendant for assistance and charge their phones. Each station and bus stop also has several charging points available. Users must still perform a Scan In/Out.
Can I continue my journey if I initially used the QR app, then when I exit I use a card?
No. The media used for scanning or tapping in and out must be the same ticket type.
What is the minimum e-wallet balance required to make transactions via EasyGo QR Ticket?
The minimum e-wallet balance for EasyGo QR Ticket transactions is IDR 14,000.
What is the minimum e-wallet balance required to make transactions via EasyGo QR Ticket for users of the 15 Classes?
The minimum e-wallet balance in QR concession transactions is IDR 0.
What if my e-wallet balance in the App is insufficient, can I still travel?
Users can travel but will be recorded as having a debt. They will be blocked from future trips until they pay off the remaining debt by topping up their selected e-wallet balance in the app.
How can users see if there is any debt from previous trips?
Users will get a notification pop up in the App when using QR tickets.
What happens if the user does not pay the debt?
Users cannot travel, log out of their account, delete their account, or deactivate ticket types.
What if the user does not tap or scan out at a particular station, and continues on to another mode of travel?

By downloading the JakLingko application on the Apple Store and Play Store.
Who can use the current Free Services on the JakLingko App?
Users who fall into one of the 15 special categories determined by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and have previously registered and have a Free Service Card.
