Syafrin Liputo was officially appointed President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Lingko Indonesia through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on June 21, 2023. Born in Gorontalo on March 26, 1971, he has served as Head of the Jakarta Transportation Agency since 2019. He has been pursuing his career since 2013 as Head of the Land Transportation Division of the Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Land Transportation from STTD Bekasi in 1998, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Jakarta National Institute of Science and Technology in 2003, and a Doctorate in Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia, Depok in 2014.
His career has progressed steadily, from the position of Head of the Traffic and Transportation Supervision Sub-Directorate at the Jakarta Transportation Agency (BPTJ) in 2016 to the Head of the Land Transportation Management Center for Region XII of Bali and West Nusa Tenggara Provinces, Directorate General of Land Transportation, in June 2019. Since July 2019, he has actively served as Head of the Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency. With his rich educational background and experience, Syafrin now holds a crucial role as President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Lingko Indonesia.

Roy Rahendra has over 27 years of experience as an accountant, including 15 years managing and implementing international cooperation programs, both bilateral and multilateral, through various international institutions. He served as National Program Manager for the Partnership for Market Readiness (PMR) at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Chief Technical Adviser for REDD+ (UNDP), Chair of the Knowledge Management Working Group for the REDD+ Program (a collaborative initiative between the Governments of Indonesia and Norway to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation), Assistant Head of the Presidential Working Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4), and Finance Director of the Aceh Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency (BRR NAD Nias). He also served as Project Management Advisor at the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Roy completed his Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia, in 2000-2001. Roy Rahendra was appointed as Director of Finance and Corporate Management of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) from April 20, 2020 to April 2025.
